So far I hear october 18th is the release date for Fable the lost chapters fox xbox. Is this 100% true? Can anyone tell me?

Yuppers, I typed in Xbox Release Date Lost Chapters and found a website that confirmed this. 6 days :D

When is the UK release date for TLC?

Every website ive tried only gives US.
