how will i do that? is it limited to that quest only?

Every quest where you are able to reach the temple of skorm or avo is a quest you can use to get younger.
When you try to leave a questarea a message will appear. this means you can pass this door without leaving ur current quest. Af this doesn't appear when you go to avo or skorm then you can exploit and get younger.
