Leaving goods at my stronghold?

Post by Ellishalfelf »

Anyone know if leaving things - that I want to keep but not carry - at my stronghold (I'm a ranger, so in Merella's place in the Umar Hills) is okay? More to the point, will they still be there upon my return if I leave that town for another map?

I left some ankheg shells there before I took possession of it, and they were gone when I returned as the new owner. I'm hoping that's only because I didn't own the place yet. Anyone know anything on this?

Thanks in advance...

when you are the proved owner I have never had any trouble leaving things but I put them in chests. I you leave it on the ground I don't know what happens and I don't intend to find out.

You can leave the items on tables,in chests and barrels once you take possesion of your stronghold, but never ever leave them on the floor

Your stuff should be OK there. It is your strongholds that you have to watch out for..they are reset after you get them.

Keep everything close to your favorite merchant. You don't have to worry about hiding your stuff in an out of the way chest. I keep all of my crap at the very first table inside the Copper Coronet (the one with the drunk sitting at it.) I have never lost a single item.
