How does one use the mage spells of a Stalker?

Post by SubTerran »

I know Valygar is a stalker, and with his new level he gained 3 spells, protection from misslies, and some other one's. But I can't figure out how to actually use them, they are not in his special ability nor are they in the cast spells menu.

They will be in his Priest scroll with his priest spells. Just choose them as you do with your priest/druid, then cast as spells. It's not in his special ability nor in his mage spell book.

Actually, I found that if I memorized 'haste' with either of my stalkers (progagonist and Valygar both), I can only cast it as if it were a special ability. But it still has a casting chant and motions and takes a bit of time.

Really? Hmm... I don't know about the protagonist's case (they get special ability depends on their class, I think), but my Valygar had his spells in his 3rd level scroll and cast as ordinaly spells.

What about a Stalker/Cleric Dual class? If you dual at Level 9, will you get the mage spells among your cleric spells?
