No Knox

I have done several quests already and gotten to the hospital and there's suppose to be a ghoul named Knox to tell me how to give blood. But when i went in there is no one to tell me anything. I go and got the pain killers for Macario and went back to give them to him and he's gone as well. Should i just restart? Thanks for your help!

Knox should be hanging around at the front entrance of the hospital (outside, not in the hospital).
Concerning Mercurio: the couch does seem to be empty when you open the door of his appartment, but if you enter and approach, Mercurio should reappear.

You should be able to catch him outside the front entrance of the hospital. Otherwise, try looking near the bar at the ground floor of the Asylum, which is where I talked with him first, actually.

Knox is actually outside the clinic in Santa Monica, not the Hospital downtown.

Thanks guys! I restarted the game and got him. Then i went back into my old game and saw that the computer spawned him in mid air above the park bench. So i think that game is pretty much over with. Thanks again!
