Have you actually played Cernd?

The guy is really funny, and fortuantely not in the moronic Minsc way either.
I had him in my party once. Kept him all the way through ToB, even. I never tought he was funny - or interesting - at all and I was even amused by Nalia! But if you can convince me to take him once again, I'll certainly try.

Quite a few of Cernd's dialogues are inuendo laced from the top of my head I can remember humurous exchanges between Cernd and

Edwin at a rather delicate stage in his development ;)

a "fruity" conversation with Keldorn, extended if Valygar is in the party

Minsc and Boo on running and talking in circles, and much confusion.

Viconia offering Cernd biology lessons

There's probably more but I can't remember them at the moment, its been some time since I've taken Cernd (being a habitual restarter makes it difficult to recruit him unless i make a point of heading to Trademeet)

The thing to remember is Cernd's humour is not as blatant as character like Jan and Minsc, but it there.
I think I remember that one! Anyway, I guess I'm more into the 'blatant' stuff, because I find Jan's and Minsc's (and a lot of other's) banter really amusing. I draw the line at Cespenar though.

Aah well each to their own - I don't mind Jan, I can appreciate the humour in his long and winding tales. Minsc I'm still not loving.

The "I'm a returning NPC" party:

Edwin
Viconia
Minsc
Jaheira
Imoen

(a pretty powerful party, IMHO, but you need to worry about Minsc and Edwin).

Paladin, F/C, F/D, C/R, C/T or F/M/C make great protagonists here. :D

Midget Party

How about a midget party.

Jan
Mazzy
Keldorn
PC - A dwarf or halfling

Probably won't last very long, but hell who said that they had to last at all. It just means that your party will reach a high level quickly.

For an all female party, you forgot that Edwin becomes one (SPOILER).

I think you mean Korgan, the dwarven berserker in the CC.

That party sounds powerful if your pc is a dwarven cleric :D

Soz, I meant Korgan.

I suppose that you are right. Two pure fighters, a cleric, a mage and a thief.
