Disable autosave

Is there any way to prevent the game from autosaving? The bug that causes the game to get screwed up when saved repeatedly, combined with the frequency of autosaves at the very end of the game, and the fact it's started autosaving TWICE every time is kicking my ass.

I heard hero save exploiting will damage your save file. so, if you cheat with the hero save exploit, it comes with a price now.

That doesn't really address his question... in fact it has little to do with it. And as for the Hero Save bug, that's more a coincidence than coding, because it happens in many games... it sucks when it happens accidently

Anyway, I think there is little you can do, but it should only be auto-saving when you either:
a) Enter a quest related area
b) Load a game

So if it's saving more than that, perhaps a reinstall is in order.

When i restarted a new quest and played up to the rose cottage quest.
I started saving reloading to collect the silver keys. After 10 times i noticed that the the loading was getting more sluggish.

After that moment all the levels loaded poorly and the savegames were corrupt. When i opened up my previous game it was all nice and fast again.

I tried copying over the savegame but it didn't work. I also tried reinstalling but that doesn't help a bit. So i guess you're in a bit of trouble m8 with youre save game.If anyone knows a solution lemme know.
