Okay, so I took the two quests, tossed them in a blender and got a nice chaos. I think the above is right, though. I remember the one from the outside helping me.

clearing it up

outside in the bridge leading to BG you will met a priestess of umberless who wants help in getting a sacred bowl back, if you do that you will get the body of the drowned boy for free when you get the quest of saving him..a kid will talk to you north of the temple of tymora..bringing the kid back will net the shield of fallen stars. Then there is the poison quest, as there was said you will be told the headpriestess of umberlee has the geas removal scroll, but she wont give it up except for the tome of wisdom which you can get from the tymorian temple...but, instead of giving it to her..kill her and all the temple as the evil god worshippers they are and keep it all.
