What is up with Elves?

Post by Pigdog »

How come all the Romances (for Males) are for Elves? Did someone have Elf on the Brain.

Viconia: Dark Elf
Aerie: Winged (?) Elf
Jaheira: Some Kinda Elf

What if I wanna be a Dwarf Main Character? I gotta boink an ELF?

I wanta Hardy Human like Nalia or maybe someone my own size like Mazzy. Yeah. (though the hair is aahhh, well.....)

Them poor elves aint tough enuff for our Dwarven Manhood. Give us poor Dwarves a break...........

Sorry to spoil the fun for you...but your dwarf will not be likely to "bonk" anyone...at least none of the "romance options" Jaheira,Viconia or Aerie...(correct me someone if I'm wrong)....

As for the "Junior Member" stuff.....I think after 30 posts you automatically turn into a "Member".....

I'd like to think that I'm a "member" already.

Well, since I got stuck with the mindnumbing weekend office year 2000 downtime tracking spreadsheet stuff, I'll guess I'll post in this thread until I become a "member".

Alas! We dwarves must be content to yank our own dwarven (albeit not 'junior') yams. But that vampire has a nice Bodhi.

While your at it Pigdog...why don't you post a message in the "Poll - Where do you all come from????" topic..(if you haven't already)......first of all the topic will move to the top (so all the new people can easily see it and post) and second we'll know where you come from.......you should find the topic around the first couple of pages......

Posted twice on that poll "where do you come from".

Once to say where I was from, then once to say I started the fifth page in the thread.

Rest is good!

I'm in the last 3 hours of my work day here. Gonna finish the rest of my reports for Corporate America on Sunday, since I'm gonna be here anyways. So its 2 and 1/2 hours of fun, fun, fun before quittin' time.

After of course 8 hours of mind-numbing number crunching. (RAAALLLPPHHHH!!!)

Back to the orig. topic, I think it's pretty lame you only have elves to choose from. Mind you, I have nothing against elves, but c'mon, how 'bout a little variety, here? Nalia would have been fine, though she's a noble. A romance there would have made that stronghold quest even more interesting. Mazzy, for dwarves/halflings/gnomes would have been more than reasonable. Plenty of other options could have been included.
