Ikky has asked me to explain more of the duties of HBI by explaining what you might be expect to do. So I will try to explain them briefly
The investigators gather evidence(posts, pictures, rumors...etc) of certain members and brings it to the HBI....the evidence gathered depends on who your helping either for or against the member being acquised.
The Head Investigator is in charge of the evidence and which member should be brought to court. The H.I. goes through the evidence and weeds them outand decides which should be use in court. Any new evidnece should not be presented during the time court has started...unless deemed other wise by the H.I. or judge.
The Prosecutors decide where there is enough evidence to accuse such person and brings it to the H.I., the H.I. then decides whether its a good case or not....once decided it is the prosecutors job to have enough evidence and reason to convict teh member.
The Defense Attorney is responsible for defending the member whom is being charged. The DA uses any evidence given to him and tries to clear any wrong charges against him. It is the DA's job to make sure to clear his client's name....it would be sad if an innocent person was judged as guilty.
The interrogator is there to question the member, or to get his side of the story before he goes to court.
The Jury must hear both sides of the argument and decide whether the member is guilty or innocent.
The judge is there to control the discussion and decide whether the jury is right....meaning the judge can actually over rule the jury's decision if the vote is not a majority vote.
Witnesses are there to tell you that they actually saw that member conduct that specific crime or an action that could help defend or prosecute the said member.
