glitches...?

i have TLC for the PC, and i've found a few things that i interpret to be game glitches. just wondering if anyone else has encountered phenomena like this:

firstly, i beat the game playing as good. then i went and created a new profile and started a new game playing as evil. throughout my evil game, the NPCs keep blabbering about how "the bronze gate is open!" and "the Northern wastes are open!" which are things i accomplished in the final quest of my (separate profile) good game. they do this throughout the game (starting as early as when you begin the game as a child in Oakvale). not that it's the end of the world, but i find it pretty irritating. not to mention, if my roommate is going to play the game, they'll probably be blabbing about the final quest to him too... i'm rather thinking the only way to do away with this glitch is to either delete my "finished" game profile, or to reinstall the game. any insight?

the other glitch i found was that when i played as evil, the Arena anteroom vendor wouldn't sell me anything. he highlighted as blue instead of green, and when i talked to him, he just cowered at me and stammered about what a great hero i am. it wasn't a big deal because i had enough potions and such and i always play the Arena straight through without returning, but i had been hoping to buy a full set of Dark Plate armor from him before going in... i quit out and bought armor elsewhere, but i had also wanted to get the Bright Plate armor to open that certain Demon Door. now i have to gather the pieces elsewhere...

For your first problem.
That was stated in another thread as well. Maybe you can read through that one to. I just saved my previous saved games in another folder and reinstalled the game.
This way the NPC's where talking normal again. When i readded my savegames the NPC's stayed the same way. (how i found this out? , because they where annoying me to much with there noncense blabbering

)

For the second problem : try out the wandering traders , i bought some pieces of the bright plate armor of them. I remember being married to a girl in knothole glade and she gave me the bright chestpiece as a gift.

For the bright plate armor, you can get two pieces from Knothole Glade and two other pieces from the wandering merchants. I found that there are more merchants in the area just outside of knothole glade so just wander there for a while.

Yeah, I think he was well aware of that, for he did say that he had to gather it elsewhere.

Personally, I think that's a bug, because I played a full evil will user, and wasn't prohibited from trading there.

As for the first problem, well for me, I played the game about a month after having finished it, and I no longer had people saying that... not sure why.

yeah, i know where to find the bright plate armor (i have the full set now), i was just mentioning the glitch, since it obviously would cause problems when returning to the cells to stock up in the middle of the Arena quest too, if the player was so inclined.

as a little side note: i'm not a "he". i'm very much a lady. ^_^

i imagine that Lionhead and Microsoft are aware of the glitches, so i wonder when they'll release a patch?

All games have bugs, they appear after heaps of testing. I've never had the problem, you have, so that shows why it can be random. So as such, it takes a while to fix that problem, for first they must find out the cause. Also, it depends on the demand.

And sory about the he thing, most of the time it is right, and it beats saying 'it'
