Custom class skills

I want to make a Ranger custom class but was wondering what sort of skills would be good. I was thinking of using the following.

Attributes
Agility
Strength

Major SKills
Marksman
Longblade
Light Armor
Sneak
Athletics

Minor Skills
Block
Restoration
?
?
?

I was also thinking of making him a Dark Elf but was wondering if any other race would fit better. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding race...
I would be more inclined to make your ranger a Bosmer. They get bonuses in Marksman and other stealth skills, which would make sense for a ranger. Plus, they are associated with the woods

Your skills look good...
Maybe add conjuration and/or alchemy ???
Conjuration because I view rangers as similar to druids, and druids in D&D summon elementals which are a lot like atronachs...
Alchemy because it requires a real knowledge of ingredients found upon the land, which would also be in keeping with a ranger type of character.
