Hey, where are the shops that sell Protection from Magic Scrolls?

Adventurer's Mart sells some. The black-market thieves (found at night around Waukeen's Promenade and the Slums) may also have some.

Nope. There are only two in the whole game, unless some mod or other adds some. Both are in the adventure mart.

There are potions of magic blocking available from Roger the Fence in the sewers.

I think the potions have a percent chance of success: 50%, perhaps? It's been a while. The Protection from Magic scrolls are 100%.

Save those scrolls! I don't know about you, but I was able to get through those tough fights in SoA, and they really helped soloing in ToB!

Obviously you don't USE the scrolls. You just let your Simulacrums do the work for you.
