More questions from me ;)

Post by Vicsun »

I'm playing over for a second time now with a thief\fighter and I wanted to know these two things:

1. Since I took my time in chapter 2 and finished all the quests I could get my hands on to (yes including Twisted Rune and Kangaxx the lich) and got the thief stronghold. Since in chapter2 i'll be gone for a LONG period and I won't be able to pay will i loose my guild? I already did the keep quest and and can't get it as a stronghold...

2. An easyer one... How does charisma affect me? I know it improves my reaction adjustment, but what's that and how does it help me?

Thanx in advance!
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak

1. Hmmm, methinks the guy that gets your money will wait there, not sure though, when you lose your guild, you can still try it another time if you give Renal money...

2. You get stuff more cheap in stores also...

Charisma often determines what dialogue options you can chose from and whether NPC's are friendly to begin with.

I read someplace that if the lead characters charisma is low the party members have a higher chance of running off in fear during battle. Not sure if its true.

In BG1 I know that if your charisma was low, people would act hostile towards you and sometimes even attack you depending on how low it actually was. I don't know if this is true in BG2, tho.

Its true in real life too. Ubik has low charisma and people are always attacking him in the street Image
