Fable:The Lost Chapters PC

I have a question.I've been playing Fable:TLC on PC.I'm in Oakvale and there's a ghost who lost his treasure but i'm looking all over for it but i cannot find it can anyone tell me where the treasure is?I know it's on a beach or something?

By the way I m new here.

And what means green dot?sorry if i don't understand it but my english is not very good but i was stuck at fable and thought i ask here what to do

I think smithrd3512 was confused. The treasure doesn't show up on the mini-map with a green dot, at least not on the PC version.
