Errtu a question for Drakron

I was wondering why this Balor or Tanar'ri was hunting Drizzt and How many enemies does he have (I know it is quite alot).

well Errtu was a important part of the Icewind dale triology and a artifact that is descripted there.
Errtu is a greater Tana´ri, a Powerful creature that always whats more power, the artifact was a way to get it.
Errtu was defeted by drizzt and a Tana´ri that is defeted in the Prime(prime material plane) can not go back to the prime for 100 years, so he is stuck in the abyss were he Lives. so he whats revenge.
Drizzt other ememys are the Drow of his city(mostly all them), The godess Lloth, and artemis. and there are probly more.

Most of them are however dead now. Crenshinibon was the name of the artifact - another of his enemies.

After reading even a little about Drizzt, it's hard not to want more and more and more.

I'd never even heard of him (OR Elminster

) before playing BG1, and now I own like a dozen books about them!! I still can't get enough Drizzt to keep me happy.
