I have just bought morrowind with it's exp. and when Im trying to start the game a varning sing comes up stating that one or more of my mods doesn't work and when I checked the varning.txt after is stated:
One of the files that "Wakim's Game Improvements with No-glo v9.esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save.
This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message
but not necessarily fix any errors.
One of the files that "Dodge Mod 1.2-WD (Enhanced-LD) (Tribunal).esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save.
This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message
but not necessarily fix any errors.
One of the files that "MaGISTraTe's MagesGuild Rewards 2.0.esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save.
This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message
but not necessarily fix any errors.
One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.
I have the newest patches to the game.
Help would be much appretiated

Don't worry about this kind of message. It's merely telling you that you've changed something in the loading game data since you last played--which is true, because you've added those mods.
If you want to see that message only once rather than once for every mod (and who wouldn't?), add the following line in the General section of your Morrowind.ini file:
AllowYesToAll=1
This will add a box the first time that message appears that allows you to clear it for all mods, during that specific game load.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
