Looking for Pimlico

Trying to finish Korgan's quest by delivering the book to Pimlico. Got to his house in the Temple district and found bodies but no Pimlico. Any idea where he is located?

Thanks for the help. I knew he said something but my wife was talking to me at the same time. They should know better than that by now.
