Need help for how to add the right item

Simple, I sold the book "Chimarvamidium" before i found out i was supposed to return it. I forgot who i sold it to. Is there a way to use the "player-> additem" option? im sure there is one for this book. please reply, or email me namer98@gmail.com
a way to add Chimarvamidium to my inventory, either by another copy, or by using the tilda "~" button
