getting grand soul gem using console ?

How on earth do you console in a grand soul gem to your player ?

I've seen some console advice, and tried to follow it, but nothing I try seems to work.

I am at the stage where I have just seen my first golden saint, and "I WANT THAT SOUL !".

I know you can get Azura's star and re-use it, I've done that in the past, but this time around I am impatient to get my first constant-effect item made, especially as the golden saint I can see carries a daedric tower shield which is an excellent thing to enchant.

If you have Tribunal theres a guy who sells them - he has 5 a day...

There is one on sales at merchant in Telvani compound (l hope i put names right - haven't played for quite a bit of time). Then that mage in one of compounds (also Telvani, IIRC) gives one as a revard for exterminating the rats.
