The Final Battle
ok I'm about to kill Irenicus. Anybody got any good items,Ideas,advice before I go to Hell and get my soul back?

Jon isn't any problem in the Hell. He will try Protection from Magic Weapons. Use Khelben Warding Whip or something like that. The porblem lies elsewhere: he will summon 2x Balor and 2x Glabrezu (all of them in strong versions). He will do it during a cut-off scene so that you cannot prevent him from summoning. Also, he will teleport away and let the demons to deal with you. After killing the demons, Jon reappears. I suggest to take into Hell:
1. Rod of Resurrection (somebody will die most probably during the fight against the demons - you should have enough time to resurrect dead characters after the fight and reequip them).
2. Your equipment against demons.
Also, you will fight Sarevok in the Hell and, if you are evil, a dragon.

BTW the easiest thing to do against him is run away (cowardice previals) to the bottom of the screen - making sure you have created some monsters for the demons to deal with aerial servants are good as are Nishruu, cast time stop when he teleports in, hit him with spell strike and he is prime for the whacking.
