Iron doors...Dragons eye level 3

Hi!

I cant find the lever to open the iron doors on this level. I then have to wait for a timer that opens the doord ever 24 hours...But which hour is it?? Is at 4 o clock, 6 oclock...? Have tried at 0 hours, but nothing happens! Which is it? Can anyone tell me or give me a trick to open these damn doors!!!! : / Are they important for the rest of the game??

I think I know which door you're talking about- the one where you fought a lot of slimes that require fire damage, right? That does have a timer, but the thing to do is have your rogue execute a "search." If he has sufficient search skills, he will find a switch that will open the doors. If you don't have a rogue, then you may have to wait out the timer, and I'm not sure how that works.
