for those who have beaten the game LS & DS mored than once (spoiler)
Do not read unless youve beaten the game more than once
knowing that youve beaten the game once, you kind of know whats going to happen. When you first play your still kinda grasping things, but when you play again you know exactly what to do. So knowing this what did you do differently from the first time. knowing yoiu can turn your members into jedi, what places did you go first so you can get them to be jedis faster?
Dantoine is good for Bao-Dur. as there are three easy places to get influence with him.
1) Find Akkeres hydrospanner
2) Find the sound pods
3) Refuse the mercenary's offers.
Iziz - give starport visa to the agent and Bao-Dur will get influence.
I have never got atton to be a jedi and Mira and handmaiden can be improved by conversation.

I was able to turn Mira into a jedi before I left Nar Shaddaa, I believe, although I may be remembering wrong, and the handmaiden has a set amount of levels before she can become a jedi, simply because of the time in between sparring matches, and some of her steps up the ladder to a Jedi are based around Kreia, instead.
Perhaps the quickest party member that I turn into a Jedi is always the handmaiden, so she is always gaining influence, and I know how to complete some tasks faster than I used to, such as the Star Port Visa's. After her, it is most likely Bao-Dur. However, I always change these two first due to personal preference.

Right now I am trying to turn them all into jedi's ( HK-47 is one of the only problems i am having, he just doesnt want to turn ) So far i only have atton, I intend to have mira before i leave nar shadaa, bao-dur will be on dantooine my next stop, and then handmaiden unless she levels up high enough first.
One thing I noticed this time through was during the visas fight, i tried to run to the med bay to see if the lab station glitch occured during that battle as well as the red eclipse one, and what to my surprise, i ran into t3 blocking my way blasting away at visas, i felt surprised, but then i luaghed and then i though, maybe you could get vis to follow you through the ship and rack up all of your party members and finally have a battle in which more that three party members participate...

If God did not exist, it would be necessary to invent him.

personally i find handmaiden the easiest to turn, all it takes is time, how do you turn bao-dur into a jedi? do u just get influence and talk to him? I'm on xbox so i can use the kse to check influence but he is almost as far light side as i am, so... help there would be nice... and who ever said.
I would also like to say that i am on my 5th(or fourth) game, and i have not yet encountered a bug

yup, gain influence with him and just talk to him. You can make him a jedi. you will have to talk to him probably about 6 or 7 times to get him to become a jedi.
meh all i ever get with him are:
"Yes, General?"
-Never mind.
sometimes he will talk but the majority are just that...
when you first get Bao in your party, save the game then edit the save with the KSE, to give 100% influence for him. Then restart the game and load up your save. Next, talk to him about 6 or 7 times, all pertenent conversation options, if your light side, say things that a light side person would say, same for dark side, etc. talk about the war. and you should be able to make him jedi.

For those interested, a recent thread that has something to do with the KSE. Also, some information on how to use cheats, and the like.
I myself have used neither, so I have not actually used it to alter what order I turn my party members to be jedi. People find it strange, for some reason, when I mention that every so often I can get Bao-Dur to turn into a Jedi first.

Bao is the first I make Jedi in every game I play, I don't think it's so strange...

Anyways, taking Bao-Dur (to answer the original question ) to Nar Shadaa or Onderon is usually where I take him first... try to get him there as early as possible, every so often I am lucky enough to get him to his prestige class before I finally run out of time.
From what I hear Dantooine is good for Bao-Dur as well. Just if you want influence with him, do not take Kreia, or Atton, as they will highjack those good ol' influence points (on in the lady's case, lose influence) for themselves. Quite a pain.
Actually, a lot of people say Bao-Dur is the hardest, something I can barely believe now, looking back...

By 'two suns' do you mean 'two twi'leks' cos thats who you find in the refugee accomodation. They tell you about his past. You have to have the influence with atton to get him to reveal all and become a jedi.

What did I do differently? Well, I tried a combination character. The first time I went with a straight Jedi Sentinal / Watchman. This time, I did a consular, then switched to a Jedi Weapon Master. It was in my opinion, the best of both worlds. It gave me great force powers and wisdom, and unparalelled combat ability and high str. It suited my style of game play perfectly.
This time I also got my lightsaber sooner, once I beat telos I went immediately to Nar Shadaa, and killed (with no NPC's in my party) Loontra (oddly no DS points since I was snarky with him maybe?), who can be found in the Docks in the flop house. You can acquire the 2nd last saber part there (you can buy a crystal at the shop near the cantina in telos), and when you head back to the Ebon Hawk, you fight visas, getting the last piece. This was great for me, since I am a lightsaber junkie. (But, you can only fight visas if you're strongly alligned with either the dark or light side).
I also turned two other NPC's into jedi, as opposed to just handmaiden the first time around. Handmaiden is a given...spar with her 3 times, and talk to Kreia about her mother, then talk to handmaiden about her mother being a jedi then voila. I also kept Bao Dur close by me on Dxun, and had him a jedi guardian by the time that planet was done. I also turned Mira into a jedi, but it was towards the end of the game...I think I'll play around with my planet order this time around.
Other than that, not much else different. At least, not significantly.

Sometimes I do what I want, most of the time, I do what I have to.
