I have completed the harper quest by killing them all. But when I go back to the Druid Grove (where I was when summoned) Jaheira says we still have an obligation to go to Harper hold. Also I have not met Terminsel yet....

...come across two or three other groups of Harpers before Jaheira actually leaves your group, and Terminsel will give you a message from her telling you not to come after her, etc. I found that even when I had completed everything and Terminsel had revealed himself, Jaheira still wants to go to the hold. This is a bug, I think, because she will always walk off after removing you from your party, no reasoning with her. So don't get her imprisoned. She may be found in the hold after that, though.
