It's been 5 days (in the game) I'm out fo Underdark but these reptilians don't show up ... Maybe because I helped them getting out of the mind flayer dungeon ??

You need to go to Athkatla. I usually encounter them in the docks district. I'm not sure if they show up anywhere else inside the city.

You can end up fighting them twice. Once after you finish with the Drow city and the other time when you head to the docks to get the silver sword finished.

After you finish the Drow city and before you talk to the silver dragon ,head south back towards the beholder dungeon , when you get to the bridge head west.Search around and you should run in to them.

In the docks they usually appear as soon as you arrive there.

Keep a look out and you will get to see the opposite of a paladin.

BTW Githyankies are not reptilians (although they may look like in BG2).

In my first game they hit me while on the Waukeen's Promenade. I wanted to visit Ribald for his secret stash, but near the cages they jumped me.

My second game hasn't progressed that far yet, and will not for some time to come I'm afraid (EQ sucks up time like a dried sponge sucks up water!
