Help me, please!!!!!

I have a big terrible problem. After the rescue of Phaere, when I returned to Ust'Natha, I can't enter in many location (for exaple the tavern). After the autosave the game don't load and I must esc the game!
It's a bug? I have downloaded the official patch but don't works!

Never heard this one before. All I can think of is going back to a previous save. Hope you have one

Do you mean you can't enter any building or only the tavern? Several of the buildings can only be opened with specific items/keys/quests.
Did you talk to Phaere?

Dump your cache .It might help.

Yes, dump the cache, It should help.
I had the same problem once, dumped the cache, no problemo's anymore.
