I can't enter in any building. I have talk to Phaere and I must meet her at the tavern but I can't enter! Even the other save in this location dont's change the terrible situation!

Have you tried the Cache option, also try removing the contents of your Override folder.
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.
