how can I get a monk to kick?

I saw this on another messageboard, and I thought maybe I could help the guy out if somebody here knew the answer.

In baldurs gate 2, a monk kicked, punched, ect, and looked pretty cool doing it. in iwewind dale 2, a monk punches, and it does not even look that good as a roundhouse punch is one of the least effective strikes for a martial artist.

So, there supposedly is a way to change it around so that a monk can fight, but I dont understand how. there is a link showing how to do it that i will provide at the end of this thread, but i could not figure it out.

Near Infinity and Dale Keeper 2 are both downloadable programs that allow you to edit saved game files in Icewind Dale 2. While I have never used either of the programs I imagine the commands are simpler than they seem on your website.
