What is this thing about pillows in Morrowind. They seem to be all over the place. Is there some significance?
On a similar track, I went up to Vas to help a bouyant armiger clear our some necromancer (Fighters guild at Ald Ruhn quest). Just on the shore there is a shipwreck. If you look around in it you can find 40 pillows and a receipt for them, which shows they belong to Drerayne Threras (spelling may not be exact) of Balmora. This is a woman I had already helped out (Fighters Guild, Balmora, quest one - to kill some rats). I took back the receipt and pillows to her, but no conversation lines opened up. Is this a quest for another group/house ?
Much ado about pillows

The head of the guild asked a new prospect to descibe himself in as few words as possible. The prospect made it in one, "Concise".

If God did not exist, it would be necessary to invent him.

Pillows, kwama eggs and shields are all fun building materials. Dunno about any quests though. I do suggest collecting all the pillows you find and making a tower into the sky with them. See how high you can make it before running out of pillow.

The nicest pillows I have seen come from a mod I recently installed called:
"Kayla's Knick-Knacks, " by Qarl.
While billed as mostly a modder's resource, it is a very cool little boutique that sells a varity of household decorating items.
The pillows are the large, overstuffed variety (instead of the skinny models) with vibrant patterns that just invite flopping down on.
Wasn't there a House quest of missing pillow load?
MINOR NON-STORY RELATED SPOILERS
There's a quest that you run into if you're doing Fighter's Guild quests, the very first one in fact where you have to go fix Drarayne Thelas's rat problem. She happens to be in the pillow business and you will find out about a shipment of her fluffy merchandise that was lost at sea. If you go out to the abandoned shipwreck north of the sanctus shrine and bring back her invoice that's somewhere inside she'll reward you. This is an odd quest because I wasn't able to finish it the first time I tried, as I had gone back and talked to Eydis Fire-Eye about killing the rats before I gave her the invoice (for whatever reason it won't work unless you give it to her before you talk to Fire-Eye). Regardless, yes this quest involved some cozy goodness .
