Another question: do you use the Modron Cube/Portal Lens for routine travel in Sigil?

Another question about personal gameplay style: after you open up the Alley of Lingering Sighs, do you get the Modron cube as soon as you've done all you can with the Lower Ward without going to other wards (besides the Clerk's ward)? I usually do, because the fact that it takes four hours to travel between wards really irritates me. I know, there's no time limit, and the number of days is really just a meaningless counter, but I hate going from, say, the Clerk's Ward to the Buried Village and it taking 24 hours using the map point-and-click method. Of course, not all travels are possible with this method. Getting to the Alley of Dangerous angles still requires a 4 hour journey from the Mortuary or Hive Marketplace area to the Alley, and while getting to Ragpicker's Square is still possible in under four hours, but it takes a time consuming method which requires going from the Catacombs through the Buried Village and the Trash Warrens before finally getting to Ragpicker's Square.

I always walk, but if I'm in Clerk's Ward and need to get to Buried village, I just use the Tome 'o Cheats to teleport.

Yes, I use the Rubikon as a teleportation device. It beats walking all the way across a bunch of maps.

[Spoilers!]
So do you avoid trading the modron cube for the Entropic Blade with Coax-Metal (or the Pillar of Skulls, but why would you do that?)?

heck. i never even paid attention to time in this game. i guess i just get too busy doing stuff that it never occurred to me anything "cost" me time to get there.
and i usually hand over the modron cube to coax, unless my specialty is fists.

I don't give the Modron Cube to Coaxmetal, not only because I want to keep it, but also because I don't like the way Coaxmetal intends to use it. I wouldn't go out of my way to destroy Coaxmetal, but I won't do anything to help his cause.

Neither - I guess it's because there's just no time limit on anything...:/

Hmmm, I think I might've missed something - what does Coax-metal want to use it for again? He wants to free Chaos doesn't he?
