I can't defeat the yuan-ti in the graveyard. she is too powerful and resists my ghoul touch, besides she always cures herself, wenn she is badly injured or near death. I've already destroyed the alter, but I don't see any difference, she is still very powerful. What can I do to defeat her? I am a sourcerer and have tomi as henchman.

try using a different spell. also, try swapping tomi for daelan or grimgnaw for that battle as they will just keep laying into her. she will eventually run out of healing spells after a couple of heals. the trick is to hit her hard and fast. use potions such as speed (give them to both you and your henchman), bullstrength, cats grace (increases your ac etc. as increases dexterity), barkskin and so on. the best spells for you to use if you have them are ones that you can cast from behind your henchman while they pound into her. ignore all other enemies, just focus solely on her. i've done it quite a few times as a solo sorceror so it is possible. what level are you at and what spells do you have?

Can I hire more than one henchman? and how do I open that door in the graveyard?

you can only have one henchman in your party at a time but once you pay for them you can have them leave and join your party whenever you want without having to pay again so you can pay for all henchman and pick and choose which to use in certain situations if you wanted to.

for the door in the graveyard speak to the priest guy in one of the side rooms in the temple in the core district. as you are not a cleric, if you manage to persuade him he will give you the cleric quest which involves that door. just keep asking him if you can help him and eventually you will no doubt pass the persuade check.
