Sheriff's Moustache

I read in the equipment database under moustaches for the Sheriff's. It states that it can be found in Bowerstone Jail:found in unknown location. Where is this unknown location in Bowerstone Jail?

I cant quite remeber where it is, The only place i could think of it being at
Bowerstone Jail, would to the right of the door, where the open cell is, in
those barrels, but i could be wrong

I checked in those barrels and the ones going towards Windmill Hill, I even double checked my inventory under "other" to make sure I didn't have it already.
