I just landed in Cania, and I don't have my henchman. It's been a while since I played HotU, and I can't remember it that well, but it seems like I should still have my henchman. The walkthrough also makes it sound in spots like the henchmen are still there. Help me?
talk to the reaper. if you talk through all his dialogue he eventually gets around to bringing your previous henchman (from chapter 2 only) to cania for you (provided you didn't betray them and that you had them in your party at some point, even if just briefly)
