Sounds about right... The depression and insomnia were already there however...

Phew, you got me worried there for a moment. I mean, it's not exactly stuff you play around with. I supported most anti-malaria drugs fairly well. But my sister got slightly delirious of Lariam, and some years ago I had a colleague that acted stoned to his eyeballs after taking in one time the quantity of Lariam he should have taken in two times.
On the other hand, if your mother had added some Dutch garden herbs, it could have been fun.

I don't remember correctly but about 5 euro a tablet wouldn't be too far from the truth. And in Belgium it's not reimbursed by medical insurance AFAIK, so I doubt it is in other Western countries (since malaria is not endemic).
