I would have to agree with...

Darth Traya from KOTOR II and Seperoth from FF7

I also loved...

Muro From Oni

Malak in KOTOR

The Prince in Vampires Bloodlines

Edea in FF8 (Before she turns back to normal)

And Dr. Malcom Betrugger from Doom 3
Whoever said nothing is impossible never tried slamming a revolving door

Sephiroth is the greatest - that dude's sub-zero!

I also liked Darth Malak but I'm yet to finish KOTOR II yet.
Ravel Puzzlewell from Planescape
Not sure I agree with her being a villian, she kinda helps quite alot since she loves you i thought?!
My torment is that there is no sequel to Torment! :(

Okay, I need to ask. What exactly is 'so cool' about Sephiroth. I never did understand the fascination people had with him.

Gasp! :speech:

Not sure I should dignify this with an answer!

Could be cause he's super hard, super evil and super insane, or that he carries a big, big sword. Not sure, I guess it's just something he pulls off without trying.

I felt the story was so good in FFVII that's what may have got me hooked.
[Slight Spoiler] After Cloud has the flashback of going to Nibelheim and Seph flipping out, murdering everybody and then burning the place to the ground I couldn't stop playing till I found out what was going on. [End] Maybe that makes me bias?
My torment is that there is no sequel to Torment! :(

Golly...

Hey all! :)

Was wondering if the OLD SCHOOL games count? :D Such as...

Kefka -> Final Fantasy 3 (if you ask me, for a Nintendo game, the things he did in the game was pretty F***** up!)

I'm also going to have to agree with the earlier "entry" and say Dr. Betruger from Doom 3 was also a good one. Work prevents me from keeping "savy" on anything else, and my memory doesn't help either! (Lack there of :/)

Either Mythos from tales of SYphonia, Lynx from Crono cross, Sephiroth (DUH!!!!) or the main villian fron FF9 (forgot his name but he was cool)
He stood
his sword ready waiting for death
and when his enemy asked
"why are you not afraid of death"
he answered
"for I have no love of life"
his foe attacked
and died
and The hero stood
staring at the stars
wishing he was dead
