@Fiona, Did you download the attached file in my last post? That should contain one file which should run. If that's what you're referring to, it shouldn't be able to install Flash by itself (don't know how it's doing that). The weblink is just so the file I attached works.
Does the file have an icon? It should look like a small page with an 'f' inside a grey circle. It should be called 'Coursework.swf'.
I'm not entirely sure if it will work because I created the file in a different way to how you watch it.
Ravager. I downloaded your attachment (twice, it seems). When I try to open it it says it cannot do this as it does not know what type of file it is. Then go to the automatic search and it tell me it is a multimedia file and I should go to Flash. But, as I say, I downloaded your link and it hasn't installed it properly, at least I don't think it has. Is that any clearer?
