Bug or what?

Post by Leo »

After killing The Unseeing Eye I noticed that Keldorn's sword has gone. I don't know when or where it happened or why. Is it a bug or what?
Also I ask you to help me make my party. I have Minsk, Jaheira, Aerie, Yoshimo and Keldorn (or Anomen). And I think some are unnesessary. Who do suggest to kick away?
And the last one. How do YOU kill the shade and the other Liches that guard the body of one dead guy(called K??????, don't remember, I have to get his arms&legs and torso)

I think I know what happened with Keldorn's sword - when you enter the bottom level of the unseeing eye(where the temple is) there are monsters (I'm not sure what kind, maybe Wandering Horrors) that cast Horror on your party. Anyone affected will drop their weapons. If you go back you might find it on the ground (easier with ToB, where you can press Tab). I'm pretty sure that's what happened.

I'm playing aa an undead hunter. Is it a wise decision, cuz I play for the first time?

You may be right, cuz I remember fighting one horror (horror shadow or something), but I don't remember where I encountered it. Won't the weapon just dissapear as any other dropped things? If not I think I'll just turn the max brightness and try to search the sewers, Mekrath's Lair, Rift and Reaches areas.
And is Jamarra+2 better of Keldorn's sword?

I'm pretty sure the only place you will find the sword is in the Lower Reaches, in the area where the Temple is at the top of the map, and you enter at the bottom. It will be somewhere near the entrance. The area code for that area (check which area you are in with X) is AR0204.

The Elemental and Shade Lich are extremely vulnerable if you try using Yoshi's Traps ability.
