Can't get into the tomb of souls

Can anybody tell me how to get into the tomb of souls? I can't find a way to get the watcher to let me in. One of my Quests tells me to go to the tomb of souls and speak a latin? phraze to the watcher, but when I try to talk to him I don't have an option to do so. The watcher just tells me to go away! Is there something that I must do before going there?

Have you gone to the Vale of Ruin and done the whole succubus thing? The succubus will give you the phrase to enter if you place the vial of blood on the unholy arc.

Once you place the vial of blood and talk to Valkyra, her quest will disappear from the quest log, but you'll have the phrase when you talk to the watcher.

hi all wel i have gone to the vale of ruin placed the vial of blood on the arc and the succubus spoke the latin phrase but when i went to the tomb of sould the watcher wouldn,t talk to me?? so whats up. old codger

I think you must have some other quest pending !?

But I think you must have went everywhere before being able to enter!
Cause after the completion of 'The Temple Of Souls' Varthuug will lead you
to the only unexplored area of the map: Black Swamp.

Did you visit the 'Temple Of Draedoth' ?
It's at the far north end of 'Vale Of Ruin'

Hey codger
Your problem might be where you are standing when you try and talk to the watcher. It can be a bit picky. If you stand too close it won't talk to you. I think if you're in the right spot you'll see "watcher" at the bottom of the screen. Try moving around and see if it'll talk. D
