I have gotten all the way to hook coast. Now i need to get back to the Guild but the teleporters are still not working! I cannot charge my Guild shield so not i am stuck!!! Is this a software glitch or is there something im missing!!!!

I've been to the barrier. I heard whats her face say and i needed to come back. But im stuck. Can't go anywhere?????
