What can I do to get Jaheria's or Cernd's Experience up to level 14 so I can do the druid cove?

You do not need either Jahaira or Cerned to be level 14 to complete that quest. The only significance of level 14 for a druid is if your main char is a druid and you want to challange for leadership of the grove. Otherwise it has nothing to do with the quest
