I have killed Bodhi and all the rest but I can not stake her coffin.When I open all I get is the +4 sword and some scrolls.Have i missed something?

This may seem like a silly question, but *do* you have stakes in your inventory? If so, then (as stated before), when you move your curser to the point on the screen just *above* where you got your loot, it should turn into a sword. Stake away and the ryn-lanthorn should be in the coffin.
Sometimes (IME) the program bobbles, however. You may have to go to your last autosave and redo the final battle.
[This happened to me once. I actually kept Haz (the magician sent by the shadow thieves) ALIVE...he is supposed to autodie. As a result the system essentially crashed....I could kill the vamps, but could not stake the coffins.]
