Paladin stronghold

I'm done my game, but just realized something... I never did get the Paladin stronghold.

I did the quest to track down the fallen paladin and thats the last I heard from the order! What did I screw up?

P.S. I retreived the cup too quickly and ended up killing the fallen paladin (can;t remember his name).... did that do it?

You have to do the Windspear hills quest without killing Firkaag and return to the Order of the Radiant Heart. That's where the stronghold quest actually begins. Anybody can get the Fallen Paladin quest.

lol its all pretty elusive I killed the Dragon first didn't get the sword etc. No loss just means I will play the game again but will use my saved chars instead of starting afresh.

You can kill the dragon before going to the Order of the Radiant Heart and still get the stronghold. The only difference is that you don't get any XP for killing Firkaag

I think I may have stuffed it up as I didn't kill the mage, I accepted there offer to take the key then changed my mind afterwards
