Weird debuff?

Weird debuff?

I'm about level 12, and I have this weird debuff. My strength, stamina, and agility are all red and have been decreased by about 20-30, but when I look at my buffs/debuffs bar there is nothing that would affect any of them! Is this a bug? Or is it something stupid that I neglected?
