Lvl 9 mage spell???

Im currently soloing SoA with my Sorcerer (with the exp cap removed) and each time i get a new lvl 9 spell there is a spell with the same picture as call lightning, and if you click on it, there is no spell description!!! what is this spell???

There's no such spell.
You must have a bug.

The spell you are probably seeing is SPWI938.spl, which has a Lightning desc pic, and seems to do 50 points of electricty damage, but only if the target is level 8 or less...Pretty useless IMO, but no doubt the game uses this spell for something, or someone.
