I've just finished Dantooine as my first planet; I'm playing as a female character and I've got Disciple in my party. After he joined, I decided to finish Dantooine before talking to him, and now we're having our first conversation, on board the Ebon Hawk.
I get [influence:success] when I ask him about why he looks familiar to me, and as we go down that line, we eventually reach the point where I offer to train him as a Jedi. But, alas, the problem is as follows...
He says that he left the Jedi because I did, and then I get three conversation options:
1) I'm sorry that my leaving for the war had such consequences...
2) It was not my intention to leave...
3) It's good that you turned from the Jedi...
Now, I'm a goody-good lightsider, so I choose the first option. And then Disciple's audio says Perhaps... about the path I walked., while the subtitle text is There is nothing to be done.... My reply options are:
1) (train him as a Jedi)
2) What are you doing for the Republic?
3) Are you a spy for the Senate?
4) (ask some other questions)
5) I'll be going now.
So... Now what? I mean, what's up with this glitch? Is there any way to fix it? Etc...

Disciple issue (possible spoilers)
You should do so well as to be sucked into the engine of some evil Sith Lord, you know.

I know I can turn him into a Jedi; I'm wondering why the audio doesn't match the subtitles. Although, browsing this forum I've noticed that happens in other conversations as well. Oh well... So long as the text is what's real and registered, I'll live.
Thanks for replying, all the same.

I noticed that one, too, but I could never remember precisely which line it was. Some kind modder will have to fix the corresponding dialogue entry.
I'll post this over at the TSL Restoration Project forums if you have no objection. That way at least they will fix it.
* EDIT * Posted.

LucasArts in interview with GameSpy, September 2004
"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.
