I've been alternating between Neo-Citran and very strong, black tea for the last two days. There are times where I forget what I am.

And I'm in southern Ontariariario.

I get like that, but that is just on account of the fact Brock University's History department does not allot time for me to sleep. Apparently we write more amusing essays in the lucid state after thrity-six waking hours...

OS barely lives across downtown. In fact, it would not be out of either of our ways to meet in Chinook Mall.

I am still trying to figure out why they rearranged all the gym names and exam locations. Though, the I. Beddis one makes sense, because of the capacity.

You forget, I have some roots in Ontario myself. I wouldn't necessarily dispute that statement

I think it is true actually. Some of my best work has been written when I can barely see straight. Even better if the tiredness is accompanied by a migraine...

It would not actually surprise me if being in that kind of state allows us to access something deep in the brain

Unfortunately I'm allergic to strong black tea so I'm stuck with the herbal stuff

It doesn't have quite the same effect, sadly.

Yeah, going from Gym 1 and 2 to full names threw me. I was waiting in line for the wrong gym last week. And I've had an exam at the last day and time every year so far. Something about English and CPCF courses, I guess.

I find I can't write unless I'm under pressure of deadlines. Or in an altered state of consciousness. Usually from excessive caffeine consumption. My last paper, I was so jittered that afterwards I assumed it to receive a failing mark. I got an A.

Me neither, I'm a big fan of last minute assignments. It's easy enough when simply writing an essay to hand in the next morning, but one late night, I had to write two speeches and learn them both... I was proud of that

That sounds *far* too familiar

Once I actually tried to give myself two weeks to write a 30 page paper. I found I couldn't even think about it until three days before it was due

It is a wonderful dose of British humour, which is quite similar to the humour Canadians have developed. Humour which DW, myself and Hill are trying to impart upon SYM. Most of it is stuck somewhere between profound and idiotic, but we love it.

@Aramant: I believe coffee is the life blood of the student, while beer is definitly the water...

I find I'm too distracted by other things until it gets into crisis time. Usually video games. I didn't start even reading my philosophy textbooks until six hours before my exam today.
