Bah..
It's 13 degrees Celsius here and pouring, bloody rain...
Feels like Spring instead of Christmas
@Athena,
lol! Great card
I just put on some gingerspice tea, but tomorrow morning will certainly involve pancakes and lattes over here

Hmmm....I found a wonderful drink. Mix a few shots of raspberry vodka into blackberry merlot. Mmmmm....alcoholic berry drink.
I have no problem drinking straight liqour, if it is cold. Unfortunately, with a tight budget, more often than not if I want to get drunk, and often, cheap liqour is what I end up with. Cheap booze just is not meant to be drank like the good stuff. :laugh:
P.S. Anything coffee-like is not a good thing. Bah for that Athena.

"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"
"So funny, kiss me funny boy!" / *Sprays mace* " I know, I know, bad for the ozone"
From what I've heard of Canadian temperatures, I'm wondering why you're complaining when it's warm.
A white Christmas isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Yes,
but I live on the West Coast.. where it tends to rain all winter
I have lived in snowy regions, and I honestly much prefer it, so it's not about the grass being greener in this case

Sounds like it could be tasty.. though I bet it would produce one hell of a hangover
That's another reason why I generally prefer dry spirits served straight up. You have far less chance of waking up feeling as though your head is being squeezed by a set of vicegrips.
But fair point. For us, we actually drink quite moderately, so when we buy alcohol we are able to go for the decent stuff.
Coffee is sacred, you could possibly be fed to the crocs for that remark alone

@DW, if I could give you the occasional snow we have, you could have it and we could have the rain in exchange.
Though it would only be a couple of days worth of snow...
@Mag, I think she's on her holiday. Normally Juni only posts from work.
But I guess you'll have to find someone else to talk to about the wonders of wine for now...
Ahh, DW fills the post.

@DW, I drink in anything but moderation in most circumstances. Although, when on my own, and not with a party, I tend to just drink a shot or two of rum in a glass of Coke before bed to relax. I have a feeling my costs of drinking will go down when I move into my place on my own.
As far as the coffee comment and the crocs, I've only known two females who were able to physically make me do things I didn't want to do. That'd be amusing at best to see that one happen. :laugh:
@Ravy, I'll bother her later then! Holidays aren't fun.
@BS, I love snow! Ice on the ground is the devil though...

@Rav,
lol! You got to it before I edited I'm multitasking here... and I've been drinking lots of bourbon
@Mag,
Does alcohol make you sleep? You are lucky if so. It usually just makes me more wired I get mellow, but I rarely become sleepy. *sigh*
Gravol, an anti-nausea medication is the only thing capable of combatting my insomnia when it flares up

@Rav, of course DW creates typos! She just stumbles through the shadows and covers her tracks.
@DW, sometimes it makes me sleepy. Other times, I'm a rabbit on speed. Bouncy bouncy bouncy bouncy! Heheheh. Did I mention I'm wired on wine and vodka right now? :mischief:
Insomnia is nasty, I get wicked drunk and pass out to fall asleep if I haven't slept in a few days. That, or hit my friends up for some "herbal" remedies. Better than going without sleep for 2 months again...that, was a bad season. :speech:
