I just found a cool pic for a druid from some of the icewindale pics off a fan site. BGII had it show up as a ? the orginal formate was jpg and I even tried saving it as Bmp but got nothing any one elese have this problem? any Ideas on how to fix it Thanks

(don't know if this applies to you, but I'm saying it nevertheless )
If you only change the extension from *.jpg to *.bmp it is not a .bmp file, you need to save it as one in an image-editor.
Other then this, I don't know - I've not messed with custom pic's myself
