Do you get Visas if you are neutral all the way through..?

She is only supposed to show if you have a significant alignment change.

How does it affect your game if she doesn't show..?

There are two other triggers for Visas:
  • If the total number of LS/DS points exceeds a certain threshold (even if the number of LS points balances the number of DS points).
  • Once you have completed your third planet after Telos.
Basically, you will always get Visas before the endgame, whatever you do.

I'm actually currently playing Neutral and I was also wondering how Visas is ever going to make her appearce.
