Will the Centrino Perform?

Post by theAngryWoodElf »

For those of us who game using laptops, and processors aren't included in the minimum system requirements, does anyone know how the centrino is supposed to perform in Oblivion?

How comparable will doom 3 be for the centrino?

Pentium M 2.0 ghz
1 gb ram
Mobility X700 128 mb memory
100 gb hard drive
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 zs

For reference, it is NOT the Centrino, it is the Pentium-M. It is comparable to high-end P4s, and the graphics chipset will be the limiting factor.

I reallly don't think you will be able to play the game to the full extent it was mad to be played at. Your ram is good but I don't know about the Pentium M 2.0 ghz. I think it will probably work but you may have to adjust some things. Some one told me, but it was not a reliable source that you will be able to adjust things to make it playable on some laptops and desktops that are older or not great for gameing. But like some other people are saying your graphic card and your ram will be the more inportant thing for the best game play.
